This page is the (new and improved) sick result of hooking up a pressure sensor to my bed: it tells me how little sleep I'm getting. True, the figure measured isn't exactly how much time I spend sleeping, but how much time I spend in bed. Taking into account the fact that the only thing I do on my bed for any significant amount of time is sleep, I'd say the approximation is a good one.
The graphic above updates and is refreshed every 10 minutes. The small status icon at the lower-right corner of this page is accurate to one minute, but will only change when the page is reloaded.
